Staging is a way to change and transform your existing layout and decór at home, the office, or townhouse, if you're wanting to sell it and sell it quickly. 

Staged homes see a lot less days on the market than their counterparts.

An investment in staging will save you money, time and anguish in the long run and is worth every penney spent.

I will make your home stand out from the rest and enhance every feature of your space. 

Pricing:
For an occupied home, a $300 consultation is available.  This covers updating of the living, dining and master bedroom.  They will be decorated using your own personal pieces along with furniture placement and accessorizing.  Shorter consults are also available for $75 an hour.

Also Includes:

• A "to-do" list which will be provided for you to complete on your own!
• If photos will be taken for the real estate listing, this also covers the return on the day of photos to assure each room is at its best!

For an unoccupied home, we will provide an itemized list of items needed to stage the space to maximize the appeal of your home to potential home buyers.  Once budget is approved, we handle delivery  and placement all of the items.  Many homes can be staged for as little as $600 a month (for a 90 day contract).  This includes the basic living, dining and master.
Shorter and longer contracts are also available.

Additional services are available for light remodeling and painting for an additional hourly rate.
